The work carried out was aimed at the comprehensive renovation and refurbishment of the roof of the residential building located at Fontiñas, in Santiago de Compostela. The intervention focused on replacing the existing roofing material with a new ceramic tile solution, while also addressing the weak points detected in gutters, junctions with vertical walls, chimney flashings and distinctive roof elements.

The result is a fully renovated roof, with regular and precise tile installation, a uniform appearance across all roof slopes and carefully executed construction joints. The finishes around chimneys and emerging roof elements were resolved with particular attention to detail, ensuring continuity, protection and durability in the most exposed areas. The intervention improves the watertightness and conservation of the building, reduces future maintenance requirements and extends the service life of the roof, without altering the volume or use of the property.

The final finish preserves the material identity of the building, providing a clean, orderly and technically sound appearance.
