Design
We have a technical department from which we design our clients’ projects. Its main objective is to guarantee the satisfaction of our clients both from the point of view of architectural design and to avoid cost overruns and meet the deadlines established in the execution of works.
Our service is key in hand, going from the design of the project, processing of municipal licenses, to the execution and final documentation of work.
Our technical department manages to establish a fluid dialogue with the technical managers of the different municipalities with which we work, thus facilitating the processing of our clients’ projects.
We love working with wood. It is our preferred material in construction work, both for its architectural characteristics and design.
The work of the department focuses on the rehabilitation, construction of new buildings, commercial premises and Passivhaus. Our work is always directed towards the development of projects that are energy efficient, responsible and sustainable construction.
