We are a contracting and construction management company located in the historic city of Santiago de Compostela with a proven track record in the sector. The company is managed by a quality team of professionals with different and complimentary skill sets. Javier Martínez Valverde
Construction Manager and Founding Partner
Javier has more than 25 years of experience in the construction sector, and more than 15 managing teams in the construction area. He was a founding partner of Nova Aseconia, Soc. Coop. Galega, a pioneering project in Galicia that has shaped the regional construction sector through a cooperative corporation. As a specialist in carpentry, Javier is a detail- oriented person known for his passion for quality and customer service. He is highly efficient under pressure and is committed to meet all the needs of our clients with a high degree of success.
José Quintás Cardama
Financial Manager and Founding Partner
José is highly experienced in the financial sector, both nationally and internationally. He has a degree in Business Administration and Management by the University of Santiago de Compostela and is a Risk Manager by the University of Texas at Austin where he also attended the Executive MBA program. He has experience in large and prestigious multinationals such as BBVA, S.A, Skipton Building Society, Genworth Financial, Inc. or Telefónica, S.A. As an entrepreneur, he has led several projects across the globe in the financial sector.

Leticia Lanzós Castro
Architect
Leticia is an Architect (2011), Master in Architectural Rehabilitation from the University of A Coruña (2016) and Certified Passivhaus Designer (2022). Her interest is focused on the Rehabilitation and Conservation of Built Heritage, introducing criteria of sustainability and energy efficiency. His creative approach seeks the transformation of spaces respecting their essence and adapting them to a new life, useful and personalized in design.
