Comprehensive reform of a hotel in one of the emblematic areas of the city of Santiago de Compostela. The reform consisted on the modernization of the interior design and the new design of the existing spaces to adapt them to a growing demand in the tourism sector in this historic city, in addition to adapting its spaces to make them accessible to all people.
Taking advantage of this comprehensive action, the building's insulation was improved by changing the roof and acting on the facades. In addition, a common green area was designed for all guests in the rear area of the hotel. This area, with views of the emblematic City of Culture.
Likewise, the electrical, plumbing and heating installations were improved. The building improved its energy efficiency considerably.
The hotel has 6 rooms, 2 of them distributed as duplex and a large reception area. In addition, the already mentioned rest area with great views of the City of Culture.
