In this project, a full renovation of the home was carried out, focused on increasing natural light, aesthetic continuity, and everyday functionality. The result is a modern, warm interior with clean lines, durable materials, and a neutral palette combined with wood finishes.

Main works completed:

• Interior finish upgrades: installation of wood-look flooring in the main rooms and replacement of skirting boards.

• Ceilings and lighting: installation of a suspended ceiling with recessed LED spotlights, improving overall lighting and the sense of spaciousness.

• New bespoke kitchen: white-finish cabinetry with high storage capacity, black countertop and backsplash, decorative stainless-steel hood, and integrated appliances (built-in oven column and refrigerator).

• Fully renovated bathroom: marble-effect porcelain wall tiles, shower screen, wall-hung vanity unit with storage, and modern sanitaryware.

• Interior carpentry: installation of wooden-finish doors and frames (oak tone) to add warmth and visual consistency.

• Custom wardrobes: built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and an optimized interior layout.

• Upgrade of electrical fittings and final finishes, delivering a clean and uniform final look.
