Housing reform for tourist use
Comprehensive reform for tourist use in Santiago de Compostela. In this comprehensive reform of a fourth-floor apartment, a radical change was made in the distribution of the rooms. Floor layouts in which space is wasted are common, and require a complete facelift to be able to enjoy them conveniently. Comprehensive reforms make it possible to transform wasted spaces into useful and diaphanous spaces. Our challenge is to be able to propose spaces in which habitability wins. The real estate map is full of these examples of apartments with no proper designs, but with great opportunities, as in the case of this comprehensive reform.
The apartment was divided into a spacious dining room with views of one of the most central and busy streets of Santiago de Compostela, in addition to having two bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom included, as well as another bathroom with common access.
The interior design used in the house is modern with wide spaces, giving the apartment a very marked personality.
