Commercial premises reform

Comprehensive reform of commercial premises located in one of the most shopping streets of the Galician capital. This location is our current headquarters for Abeiro de Rehabilitation, S.L.

The premises are divided into three rooms: entrance hall and work table, kitchen and resting place, and a meeting room. The large table that occupies the first room is a shared work area where teamwork is promoted. This room uses a flooring that was also used to design the table. A wooden structure covers both the walls and the ceiling, giving it the appearance of a capsule and delimiting this work area. The next room is a rest area with a small office where an old stone kitchen of the building was preserved. The stone of both the kitchen and the walls of this area was bush hammered to treat it conveniently. The floor is a light-colored wooden platform to find a contrast with the work area. Finally, the meeting room is a diaphanous area where the glass table creates a comfortable space to celebrate any type of meeting. The floor is wooden with the same light tone as the previous room.

Natural light is the protagonist in this place because both the access door to the office and the window located in the meeting room are conveniently oriented to take advantage of the light entering. The special emphasis was placed on the construction when it comes to insulating the premises, providing us with considerable energy savings throughout the year.
